Our tradition of winemakers has a century long story. We have sure records from the end of 19th century when my great-great-grandfather set out a small wine trade in the village of Valdivilla; his son Michele with his wife Giuditta went on selling wine casks in Turin, Genoa, Milan. Grandfather Turin (Edoardo Ettore), born in 1900, with his wife Delfina moved his activity to Santo Stefano Belbo on the road linking the village to the railway station. Father Dante with Caterina carried on this activity working hard with optimism during the fifties and now Ettore, Silvana and Maria Grazia take the commitments of the job they love, and respect as a heirloom received from their ancestors. Giuditta, Margherita, Giacomo, Carola, Pietro, Giulia and Edo are the new generation ready to enter the next millennium.
