Our Winery
The hills of the Langhe stretch between the rivers Tanaro and Bormida, in a region enclosed in the arc of the western Alps and the Apennines; since the ancient times this region has been a triumph of vineyards covering sunny slopes; during the years these strong and bold people have shaped the hills in geometrical rows of vines making the landscape gentler. We have been wine makers in the classical area of Moscato d'Asti, Barbera d'Asti and Dolcetto d'Alba, precisely in Santo Stefano Belbo, for four generations. The winery with the freezing cells to stock musts and wines, the plant for the production of sparkling wine and the bottling area, the shipment department, the technical laboratories and offices are the vital parts of our winery located on the road leading from the centre of the village, the birthplace of the writer Cesare Pavese, to the railway station.
