Our Work
We press the grapes, which are
among the best qualities in Italy, coming from our farms and from
other vineyards in this area then store the wine in freezing
cells in stainless steel containers, the wine is processed with
the most advanced techniques in full respect of the best
tradition. Besides the autoclaves for the Charmat Method and the
automatic bottling line we have cellars with wooden stands (the
traditional pupitres) used to produce sparkling wines with the
traditional classical (Champenois) method. Every day we try to
improve our work ambiance, our methods and, needless to say, the
quality of our wine to better meet the customers' taste and go on
improving the ancient work we received as a legacy.
